The music seems to be a good choice (then again, I've rarely played FF games), and generally the voice acting seems quite decent and listen-able as well (to me anyways)

About 2 weeks and it'll be out. Friend and I are going to a midnight release thing for it as well.

I'm hoping this is a lot better than the reviews I've been reading. Everyone keeps talking about how linear it is and are raging at the fact that towns are pretty much eliminated. :\

I dunn give a shit about the linearity or annoying towns you have to run around and do micromanagement in all the time.

That's the difference between JRPGs and our western RPGs. Apparently, people want free-roaming or something... That's never really been in a FF before so I don't understand why they want it now.

Owned FFXIII at 12:07 Central time, USA. Got some pictures at the midnight release. There were quite a few jackasses it seems but then again, we were waiting in for a game. >_>

I've played probably 1 1/2 hour(s) into the game. The battle system is pretty cool and the battles can be short but pretty awesome. The system works as you have a time bar that fills and certain techniques and attacks use up more of the time, etc... When you learn new abilities, the combos become even more awesome. Still not too sure on story yet either.

Well, I'm tired and need to get some rest since I still have some classes tomorrow. I'll upload the pictures in the morning. Some chick was in a moogle costume and a guy in a chocobo one lol

EDIT: Ugh, sorry forgot to get those pictures up. I've been sick the past 2 days and my play time has been stalled. Hopefully I can get those pictures up today and get some more hours logged.

Soo.... FINALLY the pictures are here. Keep in mind that I'm tired, kinda drunk and look like shit. Despite all that, I was happy and had FFXIII in my hands at the end of the night. xP

The first people really lining up. My friend is like the 4th in line with a black hoodie thing on. I was taking the picture of course. We were some of the first people there but ending up lining up a little late since we kept drinking in the car.. >_> lol


Playing some FF1 on my iTouch to waste time... and yes, it is resting on my crotch. lol


Soo, we were waiting in line and this dude in the chocobo suit was begging to get a picture taken with. Obligatory as a fan. :3

There were some more pointless ones, but those were really the main excitement of the trip. The rest of them are just lines and shit. The line probably ended up being like 40 people before they opened the doors, but after the opened the door, it seems liked tons more people wandered in. :\

Oh, and it was at a Best Buy store. The only other option was a gamestop like an extra hour away and I said Fuck that lol
