Just watched the first episode...
Overall so far looks to be a good show, and both the OP and ED songs are good.
And lol, gg left a somewhat funny Japanese commercial after the ending credits and before the next episode preview.

Ah man, I'm getting a total "Higurashi" type of vibe in that the whole village must be in on something. Or maybe it's just the people from the old part of town.

Also, that girl who clings all over Hiro has gotta be at the center of all this. I know it's based on an ero-ge or whatnot, but for her to be that inot the main character form the very beginning reeks of a cover-up for something dark.

As like you guys, I bet there will be some sort of twist here soon which will reveal a piece of the plot. They could possibly follow the steps of Higurashi as well and have everything "thrown onto the table" and follow it with "answer" arcs if you follow what I mean.

So, the whole yaoi/coming onto thing was kind of strange. I'm wondering if it was some sort of strange happening or if Issei is actually batting for the other team, so to speak. >_>

I'm pretty sure he's being possessed or something since his eyes change and he's gotta take medicine and whatnot. Either way though, it'll be interesting to see how that trope develops.

Also, when Hiroshi broke that Hassaku scent-release thing, it snapped him out of it. Perhaps Hassaku is going to be one hell of a plot device soon.

I am really enjoying this show. Other than D3R, I think this might be my favorite show this season. I like the slower pacing, and ep 6 and 7 are freakin' great. I love how they're messing with all the main characters and no one's off limits.

True. It has that same feeling as Higurashi did. I'm looking forward to a huge twist sooner or later

I suppose episode 11 was it for the main story. Looks like 12 is some sort of filler/extra episode.

I was a little bored with the last 2 episodes. Not as intense as Higurashi was imo.

I agree. It felt like they just decided to wrap it up instead of sending it into another season (which I think would've been a better idea).

I did like the fact the "culprit" decided to use the local dam to inflict damage on the town, as dams are still a hot topic in rural Japan imo.

I also couldn't decide if ep12 was great for parodying itself, or a travesty for totally ruining the mythos of the show.

Anyway, good series overall.

I was wondering where the heck is the TL of [gg] gone to when the last eps of Ookami is at the end. Should I replace the last eps from another sub or just wait for it ?
