GameStop Sued Over Deceptive Used Game Sales

Anyways, basically...
Some dude buys a game used cause it said on the box that there's free downloadable content when you purchase the game. And since it is used, it is just a few bucks cheaper then a New copy, however the guy finds out that the "free" content is only free if you buy the game new; in order for him to get that content he'd have to pay $15 to get it.
