Probably a problem with your ingame settings.
Check those under audio settings.

I got a problem on the USB Thumbdrive.
When I insert into the USB Hub & open from My Computer, I notice the Thumbdrive become 0gb in use & 0 gb free space.
I scan it & found the files still inside the drive, trying to recovery it but it failed. Any software available to pull those data out ? I google around but they're just beta version.

The link below is for my new computer case. I had decided to have it painted at an Auto Body shop. They painted it a metalic Green color that you can't see unless it is under more direct light. This is the same paint that is used on some Cadillacs. The guy buffed and waxed it before giving it back to me. It only cost me 20 dollars for him to do this, but I think it was worth it and I didn't have to do it myself.

Didn't intend to buy it so soon, but since my old com turned into a fireball earlier then I expected, I brought forward my plans and bought my next gaming PC. Not the best available, but good enough anyway. Big as hell though.

Hey guys, I wanna do something with my free time and so whilst I'm sat at a computer all day I figured I'd do something more with it other than internet surfing, torrenting, and watching animays.
I really want to start programming. Does anyone have any suggestions? There's a fine line between how good and bad stuff found on the internet is so I thought maybe someone here might know.
My brain is mush right now, I have no creativity so I want something that might bring it back to what it used to be. It'll just be a hobby, I'm going to do Computing at Uni in September so it might come in handy, and if I like what I'm doing now it might lead to something.

Well it depends on what kinda of language you wanna learn.
Java is always good to know.
Or if you wanna get into webdevelopment, xhtml, css and php. I've decided to learn Django some time, if I ever find time for it.

I kind of know a bit of html and css, but they're learn as you do the job. I can't think of anything to make so I've not been able to learn them.
I'll have a look at Java then I guess.

Java, Python or Pear are usually good languages to start off with. I'd say Java is your best shot, but the other two works well too. (Not to be confused with javascript) You can find a bunch of great books on java if you do a search on isohunt. And we have the master of programming: Mindwalker ...around if you need help.

Hey, all you computer geeks out there at AnCo.
I'm trying to install final Fantasy XI on my Mac (OS X 10.6.7) via Wine (just updated to latest version last night). However, every time I cd to my desktop and try to install the file via Wine (d/led the file from GameStop) it gives me the following message:

It then keeps repeating the last line ad nauseam. Can anyone help me out on this, or should I just give up? I don't really wanna pay $100+ for a copy of Windows and dual boot, or deal with running a virtual machine that'll hog all my RAM and CPU power. Any help is appreciated, as I'm a Unix n00b and pretty much know next to nothing.

More then likely it's a compatability issue with WINE and the program. I'd do some Goggling to see what you can find about the issue.

http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=1992Jun sent me a link to this website yesterday for Portal 2/Steam so I searched for FFXI. I don't use my Linux machine all the time so all I can offer is that link.
