And I'm really torn on if this headless chick is really hawt, or goddamn freaky... maybe a combination of both?

Canaan's voice works out well for her too. She's a hardcore woman though. Wouldn't want to get on her bad side.

Aye Cannan's voice is a perfect fit for her, they're both mysterious, uber-powerfull and strong women.

I'm kinda wondering what Shinra and Celtys relationship is tho, are they a couple? lol

Supposedly they are seeing each other. Or at the very least he's interested in her. If he wasn't, he wouldn't have any reason to try to whisk her away somewhere like he asks. He just wants to be alone with sexy Celty. xP

I personally think it's unrequited love, judging from ep 4, but maybe she is actually interested in him. You can't not develop some sort of feelings for the only person you've lived with for twenty years.

She did mention something tsundere sounding. If I remember correctly, she said something like "Well, I don't hate you...," and I don't think she sounded hateful or anything. Like you said K, she's been living with him for 20 years so there has to be some sort of close relationship between them if it isn't a romantic/sexual one.

I wonder how focused the show will be on Celty and Shinras relations,
it gotta be quite comlicated being in love with a headless faerie of death. lol


Anyhow, this show has so many damn characters! And we haven't even seen em all yet. >_>
Who's actually the protagonist? Celty? Mikado? ...Kida? xD

Well the only thing that seems to bing all the character together right now is Celty.

Well, did you ever watch Baccano Red? It's a lot like that. Kind of reminds me of Pulp Fiction as well. All the related storylines going on and are the characters are related in some way or another.

And yeah I like the whole none linear style.

Love Celty's voice. Totally suits the character.

I find it quite fun trying to keep up with all the things going on. I like that people's paths cross and we get to see them with the show going backwards in time or something.

That's one of the reasons I really enjoy it. It's like the anime producers were like, "Here's the story. So, let's Tarintino this thing and see what happens." xP
