Hmm...

So I've read the first light novel and I've watched all the episodes so far. I'm still wondering though, what's up with the chatting stuff? Also, people in the chat room are some of characters we love, but who are some of the mysterious ones?

Anyone have any ideas on what the chat serves for or anything?
