as for the Slasher thing (Slight ep14 spoiler):

In ep14 they explain the whole Saika-legendary-sword thingy and how it possesses people.
Id say that at the end of ep13 the sword gets passed along to Anri from the previous Slasher, and possesses her.. Maybe. >_>
I'm pretty confident it's Anri at least.

ep16 - Anri reveals she has the original Saika and has been repressing it all this time.

I swear, the reveals come so thick and fast in this show it always leaves me wondering what'll be going on next.
